How long do I have access to the courses I purchase?
Each course you purchase has a 6 month time limit. Should you not be able to finish your course within 6 months you may request an extension.

How do I create a student account?
To create a student account, you first need to click on 'sign in' in the top right hand corner of this page. You are then led to a new page. At the bottom of the page, click on 'create new account'. You can then fill in your details as required. This will then be your personal student account for any self-study courses you may take with us in the future.

How long is my student log in active?
You have a lifelong access to your student log in. If you forget your password, you can click on 'forgot password'.

How do I join a free tutorial?
Free tutorials are available on our website (www.wordparlour.com/freetutorials) and you can join as many as you like. We use Zoom for all of our free tutorials. After you fill in your details, you will receive a confirmation email. The day before a tutorial takes place, you will receive a link for Zoom, via email. All Tutorials are live and are hosted by one of our tutors.

What happens when I finish a course?
When you finish a course you will receive a statement of participation. On your statement of participation, it will show the name of the course, the date of completion, your name, the duration of the course and details of the course content.

Can I request a hard copy of my certificate?
Yes, depending on the course you completed, you may request a hard copy of your certificate for a fee.
